International Museum Day

Museums have the power to transform the world around us. As incomparable places of discovery, they show us our past and open our minds to new ideas, both of which are two essential steps in order to build a better future.

In the middle of May, the museums of Navarre are joining in the celebration of International Museum Day and European Museum Night. The aim of this day is to make the general public aware of the important role played by museums in cultural exchanges and enrichment, and in cooperation.
