Sensorial journey through the Garnacha grape at Bodega Eslava

In this experience, you get the chance to tour the winery's facilities while discovering, step by step, the production process of its “mountain” Garnacha wines. And the winery’s oenologist takes you on a sensorial journey in which the aromas and flavours of the wines, paired with different local products, recount the history of the Garnacha, one of most typical local grape varieties.

​​​​​​​The winery is located in Eslava, home to the Roman archaeological site of Santa Criz de Eslava, one of the best preserved sites in the north of the peninsula and a reflection of ancient Rome.
