The Week of the Croquette in Navarre is one of the most important gastronomic events of the year. From 17 to 26 September, lovers of croquettes have a row of unmissable dates in their diaries involving 80 different recipes, from the most traditional croquettes to other more innovative and even gluten-free versions available throughout Navarre.
