The Fiesta of Basque shepherds in America

This year, Euskal Artzainak Ameriketan (The Fiesta of Basque shepherds in America) is to be held in the village of Urdax, a place full of history and significance for the community. An event to pay homage to those people who, together with their families, emigrated to the United States from the mid-nineteenth century onwards. Come and enjoy a programme packed full of activities, including a day-long artisan fair and an exhibition on diaspora.
