Dronda Mata de Haya

Mata de Haya in the Belagua valley invites you to explore a trail that traverses a stunningly beautiful environment, featuring a spectacular deciduous forest.

It’s a circular route, easy and accessible despite the distance it covers. Beginning from the Mata de Haya parking area, it enters a lush forest before gently
descending. The return journey follows the same path for half an hour until you reach a signpost that guides you to the last part of the route along the beautiful Dronda track. The trail descends alongside the river back to the starting point, completing a walk that combines nature, history and
amazing scenery.

In winter, part of the route becomes a cross-country ski trail, also ideal for snowshoeing.
