Zemeto trail

The trail skirts the Larra nature reserve amidst karst landscapes and wide pastures where you can breathe pure mountain air. From the Larra-Belagua viewpoint, you can admire the highest peaks in Navarre.

This route begins at the Belagua refuge and crosses green pastures to the “Eskilzarra plain”. It then leads you onto the narrow Zemeto path. After a slightly rocky section, it winds through forests before climbing to the Yeguaceros pastures.

Continuing along the route, you descend to the Larra-Belagua viewpoint, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the valley and the karst landscape. It carries on through refreshing beech forests and along gentle slopes, finally returning along an old shepherd’s path. A short route that combines stunning scenery, woodland and panoramic views.
