Market garden experience and tasting menu in Tudela

We invite you to discover the origin of our cuisine through an experience that combines a visit to our vegetable garden with a tasting menu made with the best vegetables from Tudela.

The activity begins at 12.30 pm at the entrance to Hotel Remigio, from where we’ll head to our vegetable garden in La Mejana. There, guided by the Salcedo family, you’ll learn why this area next to the Ebro river offers unique growing conditions. On the tour, you’ll discover how we work each season and how we nurture each product, as well as a few interesting facts about this location, the heart of our gastronomy.

Afterwards, we’ll return to our gourmet restaurant, El Choko de Remigio. A tasting menu of seasonal vegetables, created by chef Luis Salcedo, awaits you, with the option of pairing it with wines selected by sommelier Juan Salcedo.
