Complete days to extol the gastronomy of the Ribera are held in Tudela from mid-April to the start of May. Delicious tastings of the chief local products, exhibitions, talks, cookery workshops, patxaran and beer tastings are the focuses of attention for the general public. The festival is complemented with Basque pelota matches, theatrical performances, cultural tours and roundtables.

These days are, without doubt, a perfect excuse to visit the capital of the Ribera and delight in its rich cuisine, which is certain to wow even the most demanding palates.
