This trail takes you to the springs that supply Cáseda with water, winding through vineyards, olive groves, almond trees and ravines with dense vegetation.

The route begins next to the Civil Guard barracks, where there’s a small parking area and information panel. A paved path leads to the Chapel of El Calvario, where there’s an information panel about Bonelli’s eagle. The trail continues through almond groves to an illustrated panoramic panel where there’s a fork in the path, each way leading to one of the springs.

To visit Lifuentes, go down a farm track and then follow a narrow, somewhat indistinct path. Returning to the crossroads, take the path that passes by the Ibarra tower to the Aurita spring, located in a ravine. The way back to Cáseda follows the same route. Springs in ravine areas may be dry; wild boar hunts are common from August to February.
