This trail winds through a lush forest of European red pine and boxwood to the cave, which you can explore, before skirting around more rocky terrain.

It’s a route with a racquet-shaped layout. Beginning on the NA-2132 road between Burgui and Vidángoz, it climbs up to the Txestas livestock shed. It then continues gently to the Lizanzorea ravine, entering an area of increasingly lush vegetation. After crossing the small Ariztoia ravine, a zigzag ascent begins, allowing you to gain altitude without too much effort.

Carry on up to the spectacular waterfall (it may be dry) that falls from the top of the cave. After crossing the ravine again, the trail climbs to the Azanzorea cave, with its interesting geological formations. It then goes down to the road and the same path takes you back to the starting point of a journey through nature, geology and breathtaking landscapes.
