A trail in the heart of the woods with crystal-clear pools. A true natural paradise offering a unique spectacle; advance booking is required.

The route begins at the Baquedano parking area in the Améscoa valley and follows the river to the source of the Urederra in the Urbasa-Andia natural park. Leaving the village along the marked path, you walk through shaded areas with views of pools, rapids and waterfalls.

The source of the Urederra river captivates with its crystal-clear water and the light filtering through the trees. This spot is the natural outlet of the aquifer formed in the karst massif of Urbasa. The area, rich in plant life, with beech, oak, elm, maple and yew trees, and fauna, with species such as Egyptian vultures, kites and harriers, makes it a true natural gem.

Parking is restricted. Ticket bookings online only: www.urederra.amescoa.com
